This is my game, which I'm making in RMXP..
So far, I'm not too far into the story, I have a few maps made, but my menu system is exactly how I want it (Almost).
If someone knows how to import a Face graphic (I made a folder called Faces inside Characters, I have faces in my menu), then I would appreciate it, unfortunately by default RMXP doesn't let you import graphics that aren't a standard piece (such as a tileset), I can't import it as a picture because then it would be in the wrong folder (The menu script states what folder it must be in), reason for this is I need transparency.
A couple of faces from somewhere else (I got the majority of my faces from one site) HAVE transparency, but all the others don't, as you'll see in this screenshot:
That's what the menu looks like, it's a FF7 look alike menu, although I changed the windowskin so it looks more unique.
As of right now, the battle system is default although I hve added in camera effects and an after battle report card, which shows up after a character levels up.
All these scripts I got from elsewhere, as I myself am more of a mapper/writer/event dude.
Onto talking about the game..
Features:
-FF7 Custom Menu System
-Modified Default Battle System
-Advanced Message Script
The battle system is yet to be truly modified, as I plan on implementing a "Draw" like skill, in which a character will be able to take a skill from the enemy, it will be used for a special class of Mage, which I'm yet to implement into the story.
I'll also have additional features, such as being able to change equipment in battle etc..
So, right now, basically what I have is a CMS, MDBS and a few good-looking maps, with no storyline.
I'll come up with a storyline tomorrow after TAFE sometime, just thought I'd get what I have down for now.
If anyone has any comments, ideas, or suggestions, I welcome them!!

Okay, the battle system does have a problem, see how there are only 3 characters in the party right there (The characters are not final product, as I haven't worked on the story yet), yet the level up window still appears where it would as if 4 characters were there..
It's not a big problem, and it's easy to tell who the level up window is for as they don't appear too far away frm the character, but I like things perfect, so eventually I'll hopefullyget it fixed.
Either that or I don't center the battlers (Usually the characters go from left to right, but I have them centered, like this:
Left to Right..
Player 1, Player 2, Player 3
Centered..
See?
Oh, another note, the game will support up to 4 characters at once.
