So, to clear something up, their copyright years are just the first copyright years the companies involved claimed the Pokemon copyrights. The sets these boosters are from came out in Japan in 1997 for the Jungle equivalent one and in 1998 for the Gym Heroes equivalent one, of the two I can confirm the sets for. It looks like you have a third one with a Rocket grunt on the back but you have no picture of the front of the pack so I can't ID it. Could you get a picture of the face of that one and post it?

The first one with just Pokemon on the front is the Jungle one. That one fetches about $30 USD right now online. The other one I can identify is the one with Lt. Surge, Brock, Misty, and Erika on the front, and that one is the Japanese Gym Set 1, which is equivalent to our Gym Heroes set, and boosters from that fetch about $35 USD right now.

I'm basing my prices off of sold listings on eBay.

Thank you so much for the information. There are only two packs - the top three photos are front and back of one and the bottom three photos are the other. I appreciate your help as I was not able to find info on eBay, probably because I didn't know what I was looking for.
