Why am I making this Thread?

Pokemon has always been a passion of mine ever since I started playing the original Yellow Version Pikachu Special Edition as a kid. I have watched the Pokemon grow from the beginning and it's a huge part of my childhood and who I am now. As I have grown into maturity I have started thinking about what I would like to do as I grow and decide on a career path. I've always liked the idea of being a Video Game Designer/Business Owner. Well one day I came across Pokemon Hacking on Pokecommunity and it caught my attention immediately. I started learning everything about Scripting and Mapping, and then in realizing how much more goes into a great, custom Pokemon hack I realized that I would need to learn much more. I did begin to study these different fields such as Hex Editing, Sprite and Text Editing, as well as understanding how to make the Hack your own, as well as a game that everyone else can in enjoy. This has all become a lot to handle on my own, and decided I definitely need more people to help me if I want this Hack to be completed as well as do it sanely. Thus, Team Shadow was born! Let's create the best Hack yet!

Storyline

It's your graduating day at the Pokemon Academy. New Graduates get to choose a Starter Pokemon from Professor Jack's Collection.
You graduate along side your Cousin Jackson, where you're both given a National Pokedex to go on an adventure and collect all the Pokemon of the Valem region.
You both embark on your adventure and find out at the next town that a new evil sydicate who go by the name of Team Shadow are erupting chaos throughout Valem.
You find yourself battling one of Team Shadow's Admins. When the battle is over, you learn that Team Shadow has big plans to wreck havoc and destroy the lands.
You continue on your journey collecting Gym Badges and you meet many rivals, facing Team Shadow multiple times slowly learning more and more their plans to destroy the region and rebuild it in their image. As well as how they plan to achieve this goal, by summoning the Legendary Dogs to shower the land in the elements. After the 7th gym, you encounter a Team Shadow Admin who is able to tell you how they plan to rebuild the region. By using the Legendary Pokemon Groudon and Kyogre. Groudon bringing masses of Earth, and Kyogre creating the Ocean and Rivers.
You stop them from fulfilling their dream, and continue on through your adventure. Facing the final gym leader, and the Elite Four making you Champion!
Bonus* You can now enter the Hazum region via Boat, and the World Championship takes place there. But first, you have to defeat the Hazum region League System.
This is the second part of the game. Stray Team Shadow members, 8 more Gyms, Elite Four, and World Championship!

That's a great idea, I'll definitely make sure there are at least 2 regions, ( which is probably the most we would do) but I'll also try to add different maps through Islands and Different Worlds.
