Updating Crobat PLS

Okay, so, in line with Profen's Project Crobat, I'm thinking of re-working my own Crobat deck, which I last used in May 2013, so it needs an update to the current format. Attacking with Crobat is the primary focus. Here's the list:

3-0-3 Crobat PLS (Zubat PLS)
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Victini NVI 15/101 (bench-tini)

4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Catcher
3 Ether
3 Pokedex
3 Ultra Ball
2 Hypnotoxic Laser
2 Level Ball
2 Random Receiver
1 Switch
1 Tool Scrapper

3 Skyla
3 Professor Juniper
2 N
1 Cheren
1 Cilan
4 Virbank City Gym

1 Computer Search

9 Psychic Energy
2 Double Colorless Energy
1 Prism Energy

As I stated above, it needs a lot of work and was never very successful when I ran it.

What is the victini for? i feel like fire damage isnt that great to add in something like that. Especially since your deck just doesnt have enough basics to consistantly get out 4 on the bench for V-Create.

Either way i would suggest quite a bit of changes.

-2 Virbank City Gym (Probably never need 4, let alone 3.)
-2 Hypnotoxic Lasers (Its kind of redundant with crobat. I understand because i did that the first time i made this deck. But its just a waste of cards.)
-3 Pokedex (Cycled out)
-2 Random Receiver (Okay if you didnt have bad supporters to draw into. Imo its best in sableye decks)
-Cheren, Cilian
-1 Prism Energy
-1 Victini
- Computer Search
-1 Psychic Energy

+2 Tool Scrappers
+ Dowsing Machine (in theory, allowing for 1 more of each trainer card)
+2 N
+1 Juniper
+2 Double Colorless Energy
+1 Lunatone (To replace Pokedex, if not take out Ethers)
+1-1-1 Crobat (The middle step really helps incase you get item locked and it makes your deck more consistent)
+1 Meloetta LT
+2 Silver Bangles

Otherwise you could try building it a more Plasma heavy deck.
2 to 4 Deoxys Ex.
3 Colress Machine
4 Plasma Energy

Though to be honest, the plasma energy is no substitute for DCE. Might be better to just run DCE and no Deoxys.
