I can't do graphic stuff myself, but based off just a user's opinion...I think the 3rd one is the best =) I'm not sure why, but it's just something about it that makes it eye-catching to me.

I couldn't agree more. It's pretty easy to tell I developed a new style after the second sig (that was an older one, a few days ago) and I started playing around and eventually ended with that. :3
