I am about to receive a 10th Anniversery Ho-oh. How do I tell if it is a 10th anniversery so I won't get ripped off?

it's shiny?
it's hacked then.
you can the if it's a 10th aniv pokemon by looking at its OT, it should say "10 Aniv", it somtimes might say "anniv"

Eu – 10 ANNIV – 06227 – Lv70
First what does Eu stand for? Second is 06227 the number for all 10th anniversery Ho-ohs? And third is this what is in the Stats detail? Like it literally says 10 ANNIV? And last of all what does OT mean?

So for Original Trainer: 10th Aniv or 10th Anniv and No Id for all 10th anniv Ho-ohs is 06227 so they're all the same. And if at least one of those do not match it means its hacked. And what do you mean by stats very?

yes, and the stats are different for most pokemon, it depends upon its IV'S
