[Question] URGENT!!!!! What and how can be my first region starters?

Hey guys I am developing Pokémon Blizzard Crystal, and I don't know what I can do for starters, I am wanting to do something different, can you help me?
The Game will have the crystal Form mechanic, that transofrms some pokemons to the crystal forms.
The Region isn't based on real world place, but the region have plains, forests, moutains, volcano isle, and snow fields, and snow mountains, caves and probbably will have savannah.
The region have sunflowers, have green and orange trees, the east of reagion is divided in archipelagos, and these are the things for a while.

With no prior knowledge on 'the Crystal Form mechanic' we nor know what the games region is based on, we cannot help if you do not elaborate
