    I need help badly i can't get to Rayquazza and im level 29 skitty and it know's Sing Solarbeam IceBeam And Also Double Slap and my partner Mudkip know's........i don'tt remember so how are they oh and i Absol level 23 and i can recruit level 28 duskull and dusklops and also shuppet and bannett so how are they i can't beat him and i loose all my money and tm's i got there Zapdos was easy Moltres was easier and articuino i forgot if you battle him or not but i think he was easy i beat groudon with my mudkip's water gun 6 times and i used sing and atract when i had it and i used double slap to help mudkip aswell so what so hard about the dungeon called Sky Piller?!
     
    Err... have you tried training/reviver seeds?
     
    I have done both and i keep fainting or even my partner fainting and is bagon any help i may recruit one if i can and teach it some dragon moves?
     
    you can't get bagon until you beat the game
