Ummm...what moves do you want for Infernape? I do have a Jirachi (hacked possibly) that knows Thunderbolt, shock wave, doom desire and something else I can't remember). I'm very interested in your shiny Manaphy, Manaphy egg and the surfing Pikachu if you don't mind. I can even migrate a Deoxys (hacked possibly) if you want that. Lemme just transfer an Azelf from my Diamond to my Pearl.

Blissy learns Seismic Toss by a Tutor only in Emerald or LF/FR.

Blissey was hatched in Sinnoh and knows Seismic Toss! It doesn't know Aromathearpy either!
