[Graphics] Use Gary/Blue as main character in Fire Red.

Hello everyone, I'm really new in everything related with Rom hacking. I'm aiming to use Blue as main character in Fire Red, using the original sprites in the ROM. So I guess I need to replace RED's sprite with BLUE's one first, and then change RED's battle sprite to a BLUE one. Wich tools should I download for doing this? Anyone can point me in the right direction? Greets!

Moreover You Will have to change the running OW the Flying OW the surfing OW and the OW on the bycicle

For changing the inBattle image i dont know but I guess Unlz.gba could help you
