    When I view my profile, there is a section entitled User Notes, but the "feature" is not usable. What is it for?

    If it's there for no reason, then it's more annoying than "Natures"
     
    We ordinary people can't use our User Notes, so yes, they're there for no reason. Only senior staff can use theirs.
     
    Actually mods can use usernotes now. They are just there for tabs so to say. Like for a sig warning or thread warning. I was unaware that you guys can see them though.

    j/w i mean what is it just somods and admins can keep track of people or something?
     
    In a way yes. You can't see them anymore cause you were not supposed to. They are just for us to use for like if we warned a member for spamming, sig too big, etc. The praetorsand up use them more for name changes. So they know when ou can change you name again.
     
    yeah thats what mine was it said latios619 changed his name to frost on [insert date here] and told me when i can change it again.
     
    that was the same user note on min profile. except it was pokeflute and silver pearl.
     
    If you saw warnings and stuff you'd probably be really mad, and besides they're just official stuff, you don't need to worry about them. Warnings will be sent to you via PM, so yeah. o_O

    Yep, it is. Oh well. We should be able to see our own. At least know what everybody writing behind our backs.
     
    Nobody is writing behind your backs. It's just a way for us to remember if we warned you on some stuff. You have nothing to worry about if you follow al the rules ^^
     
    Well, yeah. I mean, it's only our own..what harm is there into seeing it?
     
    Because they were made for staff to keep track of warnings on different members. If a member has a warning, usually a staff member will PM them. If a member changes their name, it's up to them to keep track.
     
    You would know when you were warned because you would be told about it. Anyone who already has a number of warnings meriting usernotes shouldn't need to be able to see that their chances are dwindling...it should be obvious from their behaviour, which one would hope they are improving.

    Nothing would be behind your backs. It's stuff you already know--your warnings. Just that and the basics about name changing. It's not like we write things like "so-and-so is a stupid member" or something like that. o_o
     
    I reiterate, we're not b****ing. >> We only use the things to keep track of any issues coming up with you. :x Think of it as the "Office Only" sections on application forms~
