Issue: Users' profiles not showing backgrounds, colors, customized text etc.

    I have a problem here, everytime I see a user's profile other than mine I can't see any backgrounds, customized text, colors or any sort of customization.

    Is there any glitch or something that's causing this?
     
    Do you have "Show user customisations" (or something along those lines) on the top line of their profile, where it says User Lists, User Notes, etc? If so, click that and it'll work again for everyone. :3
     
    I find this impossible i know this and you don't, all you gotta do is click the link that says show user customizations. Look at this attachment.
