Using the Gen 6 Exp Share (Exp All)

    I found the EXP Share All in Pokemon Essentials 16.1 and I really want to use it. However, in game there is no way for me to turn it on. I assume this will be a really small fix.
     
    The Exp All requires two items, one with an internal name of EXPALL and one with an internal name of EXPALLOFF. Guess which one does which. Yes, there is code which allows you to toggle it on and off.
     
    Well I cant get it to work with 15.1 (using kleins bw kit)
    May I ask for your help?
