    IMO you need some better options than HP Crass 0ma to handle quaggy, since Thief is obviously a cooler option on a Spikes set.
     
    He has HP Grass on Magmar also. I find Double-Edge Fearow a little bit suicidal as you don't have hypno to give it wish support. also, you have a huge manectric / electabuzz / pikachu weakness, as thunderbolt kills 3 of your pokes easily, surf kills 2 others, and then bannete cant do anything
