    Too lame? Yeah, probably.
    I've been picking apart a balanced UU team for a few weeks now while trying to fully understand the whole, uh, team building thing. Unfortunately Shoddy doesn't like my computer too much so I haven't actually been able to try this out, but I can only look at things for so long before my eyes cross. Anyway.

    Put Venusaur over Tangrowth or Toxic Spikes sink your team. Venusaur can also Roar, something which you lack. Synthesis/Roar/Leaf Storm/Sludge Bomb and 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 S.Def @ Bold works great. You can also reverse the evs and use s.def and Calm.

    Omastar wants Leftovers, seriously.

    Put Spiritomb over Rotom, this covers your horrible Mismag, Rotom, Zam etc weak. Wisp, Rest, Dark Pulse(or Faint Attack for CM Mismag), Sleep Talk. This also helps with your total inability to take status.

    Try Rest on Hitmontop in the last slot, over Stone Edge. Resting of Wisps from ghosts is funny as heck lol.

    Weezing really needs W-O-W and Sludge Bomb in UU. T-Bolt is really useless. Try Haze, W-O-W, Sludge Bomb, Pain Split.

    Slowking wants Psychic, Surf, Toxic and Slack Off and put those 44 S.Atk evs in Def. Toxic breaks down stuff and Psychic hits fighters aka foresight top who causes problems and will prolly try and spin on you if you predict and get Slowking in on the Foresight. Then you can nail it with Psychic as it spins and put it out of commission as their spinner for the rest of the match and set spikes back up. Psychic also lols at Venu switch ins and has great coverage with Surf.
     
    First of all, Oma is bulky. Bulky enough for it to easily survive most attacks from almost any lead, so a sash is kinda silly to have on such a lead. You could either give it lefties, or if you are feeling really ballsy you could slap on a Rindo Berry so you could OHKO moltres with surf while a lo hp grass fails to ohko you. (67.44% - 79.65%) It also has the benefit of not being half-way ambipom and u-turn weak, though lefties is the superior choice.

    Even though it cannot set up on anything but Weezing, Houndoom will outspeed and OHKO everything on your team with a +2 Fire Blast or Dark Pulse. To prevent that from happening in the first place, use Sludge Bomb >> T-bolt, since T-bolt is kinda iffy in UU , as with not much resisting poison there and close to no steels, it is a rather decent attacking move. Since pretty much everything that resists poison hates being burned, you could try placing Will-o-wisp over Fire Blast too, but that is your choice. I don't really know what you could do with doom if it ever gets to set up, but if you find that to be a concern, you could also try using Mach Punch in the last slot on Hitmontop, as even w/o the tech boost it should OHKO any houndoom due to its not existing defence.

    I originally gave Omastar Leftovers, but I wasn't sure about his bulkiness compared to other leads, and since I saw most other leads take a Sash I thought he needed one too. My bad!

    Thanks a ton for the advice, I'll make some changes in a few minutes and see how that looks.
     
    I find carrying Black Sludge kinda icky on any pokemon, due to the fact that the tricker can just as easily trick that black slugde over to another pokemon, essentially taking away 1/3 of your items :x I'd keep lefties.
