Do you have HGSS? If so, you can get a Nincada in the Bug Catching Contest which is common. In DPPt, Nincada is in Eterna Forest but you need the PokeRadar and it's rare.

Or just breed your Shedinja...

omg i am a noob for not breeding xd, but for toxicroak, cant get cross chop, if i was able to, my toxi is lv 100 shiny, caught b4 i battled
 
The best fighting move you can get now is Brick Break which is pretty less powerful. I suggest breeding for a new Toxicroak with Cross Chop.
