JYNX

Why are you using Jynx as a lead? Jynx is a horrible lead. It loses against half of the top 10 most used leads in UU and if Lovely Kiss misses, even slower leads can beat you:

Ambipom - Beats her easily with Fake Out + any attack
Uxie - If Scarfed, beats her with U-Turn or Thunder Wave
Spiritomb - Beats her with Shadow Sneak
Electrode - Beats her with Taunt
Alakazam - Beats her with Taunt

If you want a Psychic-type lead, use Uxie. Arguably the best lead in UU because virtually nothing OHKOs it and it can set down Stealth Rock as well as cripple other leads with Thunder Wave.

TrickScarf Uxie is also a good lead set.

MILTANK

Terrible EVs and Nature. You're already boosting Attack with Curse, so you don't need Attack EVs. Put those EVs into HP.
You're also boosting Defense with Curse, so you don't need a Defense boosting nature. Use Careful instead.

MOLTRES

Should have a Life Orb.

SCEPTILE

Item should be Life Orb or Choice Specs. Special Sceptiles should have a Timid Nature ALWAYS.
Leech Seed without Substitute = BAD.
Sceptile is too frail to use Leech Seed without Sub. Also why are you using HP Water? Fire is weak against Water, but Steels still wall you. Use Focus Blast. Supereffective vs Steel, does major damage to Fire-types, and is also supereffective vs. Chansey/Clefable who are 2 common Special walls.
Use Hidden Power Ice or Energy Ball as your 4th move.


Also you have slight EVs problems. 255 EVs in any stat is a waste since it's not divisible by 4. All the numbers in your EVs should be divisible by 4.

Hey, I just wanna say thanks for all the input you gave, I'm kinda new to competitive battling so it helps. Ill replace Jynx with Uxie as my lead, because she was getting beat pretty often, and because I was looking for a new one anyways. Changed Miltanks EV's, Moltres now has Life Orb, and I fixed Sceptile.

Miltank has 252 Def EVs? I hope you mean SDef and not Def. Don't forget that Moltres and Miltank have 4 EVs left over for you to put wherever you want.
