Smogon are not the be-all and end-all. Scope lense is reliant on luck and therefore it is hax.

You can actually use hax items on shoddy (Hence idiots and their Bright Powder Chomps), only on wifi is where most players ban them and the op didnt actually specify whether this is for wifi or shoddy.

Anyways, can we stay on topic that being rating the team not commenting on whether of not items are banned, there is a "hax" thread further down. Go there if you feel like discussing that.
