For Gallade, don't really bother with Leaf Blade, since a super effective one does as much as a neutral STAB Close Combat. Try this out, since it has better coverage, plus Trick, to screw over special attackers and/or walls:
    -Close Combat
    -Night Slash/Zen Headbutt
    -Ice Punch/Stone Edge
    -Trick
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Steadfast

Use 48 Speed EVs on Golurk to outspeed 4 Spe Empoleon, max Attack to hit as hard as you can, then the last 208 in HP for general bulk and larger Substitutes; don't spread them among the defenses.

Bisharp's Defense is high enough already, so why not max HP and max Attack? Bisharp can also play mind games with the opponent using Sucker Punch and Substitute, though it takes some prediction:
    -Swords Dance
    -Substitute
    -Sucker Punch
    -Brick Break/Iron Head
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Defiant

Beartic can afford to forgo Bulk Up in exchange for Night Slash, since it's better to attack with Beartic rather than go for extra set up because despite Beartic's decent defenses, it has a poor defensive typing. Like I said with Golurk, don't EV your defenses; use enough Speed EVs to outspeed certain threats (in Beartic's case, it's Weezing and Clefable, who may show up for UU play sometimes), max Attack for power and the rest in HP for general bulk and bigger Subs.

For Beheeyem, just use max HP and max Special Attack; it's more effective than your current spread.

Okay i kinda forgot about trick i like bulk up on beartic but i see your point with night slash i'll try out your sets and see what works best
