I'm not great with EVs so help me out if you can. Thanks to Mullet for the OU guide. It really helped.

You need to make more complex EV's. People have told u before HP>Defences so u should give it more HP. Explosion>Double-edge imo and Taunt is not a good choice seeing ppl will use special sweepers on steelix and its too slow to prevent a stat-up. Bad lead...

Hydro Pump>Return. No pokemon resist quakeslide in UU... Kinda Useless with a set similar to Steelix. Once again HP is your friend. Some Sp.Atk for Hpump

    Nature: Modest

Eww... Vileplume>Bellossem every time. Ill show you my Vileplume
    Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 180 HP / 76 Def / 140 Spd / 72 SAtk / 40 SDef
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Sleep Powder
    - Solar Beam
    - Sunny Day

Enough Speed to beat things other than Persian and Sneasel.

    Typhlosion@Petaya Berry
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
    -Substitute
    -Flamethrower
    -Sunny day
    -Hudden Power [Ice]

Sunny Day to power up flamethrower. Sub till Petaya Activates... Make ur HP divisable by 4

    Hitmontop@Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    -Endeavor
    -Triple Kick
    -Bulk Up
    -Earthquake

A Choice Bander with Bulk Up and Endeavor... Not even close to a good idea. I like Chesto resting with Rock slide, Bulk up, and Brick Break

    Electabuzz@Petaya Berry
    Nature: Hasty
    EVs: 72 Atk / 252 Spd / 184 SAtk
    -Thunderbolt
    -Substitute
    -Ice Punch
    -Focus Punch

Tis what i use. Its meant to be fast as it cant take a hit. If u want a quiet Boltbeaming SubPuncher then use Ampharos

On netbattle go to File>Export to text when team builder is open to get a written version of your team. You need to make more Complex EV's. Your team has 2 BL's so its not a pure UU team but thats aloud at pokerealm so whatever. Always go Vileplume>Bellossom as it is better...

I dont care to explode tanks and seeing as steelix is ur only normal resist i would consider rest > explosion on ice blade's set.

    Typhlosion@Petaya/leftovers
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd
    -Thunderpunch
    -Flamethrower
    -Substitute
    -Hudden Power [Ice]

There u go...Consider HP [Grass] over [ice] just so u dont get completely raped by lanturn/quaggy.

Feraligatr does well with Hydro pump especially with all those reflect solrocks around.

Iron Tail serves a good purpose in UU. This is the Steelix I use:

    Steelix (M) @ Leftovers ** The Wall
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 244 HP / 176 Atk / 88 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Iron Tail
    - Roar

Phazer and normal resist. I scout the team for CBers like Ferow use it to wall them then kill the Ferow then when it is low on HP and I have already killed their CBer then I can Explode. It is usefull if you predict right. I don't like Rest too much on this guy. Then again I have Hypno on my team for Wish support.

Steelix is OU and is fat. Use Aggron for cool points. Taunt is only useful in OU to beat Curselax and Double Edge is pointless when you have Quakeslide. Max HP, 500 Defence with Impish and the rest in Attack. You can give it about 200 Sp. Defence to survive some Special Attacks.

Feraligatr likes Hydro Pump like Ice Blade said. 252 Attack is overkill on it when you have Swords Dance. I always use 188 HP / 108 Atk / 112 Spd / 100 SAtk which gives it 300 Attack and enough Special Attack to OHKO Solrock with Hydro Pump.

As for Typhlosion use the set Ice Blade gave you only with Thunder Punch over HP Ice and HP Grass over Sunny Day with a Petaya Berry.

Sunnybeaming Bellossom or even Vileplume is meh. I'd go Sleep Powder/Stun Spore/HP Grass/Filler on Bellossom or Aromatherapy or Leech Seed in the last spot if using Vileplume.

Hitmontop likes Bulk Up. Go Bulk Up/ HJK/ Rock Slide/ Mach Punch. 252 HP / 52 Atk / 136 Spd / 68 SDef with Careful Nature

Electabuzz go Thunderbolt/ Ice Punch/ Substitute/ Light Screen or Thunder Wave or HP Grass with 252 Sp. Attack and Speed with either Modest or Timid

Huge Typhlosion weak due to lack of Sp. Sponge
