I like Valentine's Day,as a matter a fact,it's my favorite holiday,evn though 99.9% of the time I don't have a valentine XD;

We usually go out to eat or shopping..which are just as close to love as it'll get ♥ 8D

Eh, its alright. This year was a bit weird, becuase I dated the same girl all four years of highschool, and we broke up in october. The first vday alone in 5 years! it wasnt so bad.

Okay. I don't just hate V. Day because I am alone, it's because everyone else isn't alone. They are like:

'Oh, i'm getting my boyfriend this! isn't it cute'
And then, camera lens on me, on my own, in the corner, drowning in my own sorrow, it sucks...

I agree. It's annoying. I hate that people have to throw things like that in one's face. It's like people couples saying "Ha ha! I have someone special and you don't because you're single. :P I'm so happy with this person and no one likes you." That's mean. I had 2 people ask me to be their Valentine in 10th grade. (2 years ago) I said "no" to the girl (she likes girls) who asked me in the girls' locker room, but I said "yes" to the boy in the school library. Those were the only two people to ever ask me to be their Valentine. Sigh. Valentine's day is 10 days before my birthday. (Feb. 24th.)

I think people don't like it because either...
1. They're single, and feel left out. (Like me.)
2. Don't want to buy expensive gifts (jewelry) for the other one.
3. They just think it's stupid.
4. It's like people couples saying "Ha ha! I have someone special and you don't because you're single. :P" and people don't like that.
5. It's an excuse to spend a lot of money on useless things.

I don't care about getting gifts from someone, it's just nice to be with someone who ACTUALLY cares about you. (Even though, I'm single.)
