Chimecho evolution, called Relecho (Rel= Ring + Bell)

I'll write out it;s dex entry soon, basically you have to lvel it up when it has the Physc bell attached to it.

o_O? The Vaati dex may come back? Sweet, loving the new starters as well. The Zubat's wings seem a little small for the body though, but overall alot better then what I could do. Just look at my unfunny sig comics. They take me about 5 minutes and suck horribly.
