could u take out rest and teach him the move signal beam if not thats fine and il take it but il have to wait to clone my donphan

Okay, I have a new offer. I EV'd my shiny Palkia, then maxed it with Proteins and such. Would that be acceptable for Arceus?

Well I don't know exact EV spread, but after item max stats were significantly higher than a maxed un-EV'd Palkia at LVL 100.
 
hey im new to exchanging friend codes so could you help me out there also i dont know where to get a friend code....by the way would you ,ind trading something for a shotuken pichu,......and you said something about not accepting cheated or banned pokemon...(i dont use those cheats just wondering)
