Epilogue
I'm Becky, and this is my story from when I was twelve.
I didn't think I would fit in at Valley High. I hadn't fit in in any schools before. I'd been to six schools before Valley High, but this school was different. This school showed me who I really was. It made me realise that anyone can know what I am, if they are a proper friend. You see..I'm half Dragon.
I can turn into a Dragon at will, and I can fly.
So here it is...
Chapter 1
"You need to get ready for school, Becky!" shouted Karen from the Kitchen. Karens my sister. She is twenty-three now, but when this happened she was fifteen. She has long chestnut hair, unlike me, who has dark short hair.
I got up from my warm bed and yawned. I looked out of the window, it was cloudy. Not really a good day to start at a new school. My uniform was a blue blazer with golden buttons and a red tie. I had black tights and a short grey skirt.
When I got to school, I was stunned. The school was painted a brown-orange colour, and it was giant. The outside area had a giant climbing frame, lots of grass and a path, leading to a small concrete area with benches. Inside was even more stunning. The office was painted a bright blue with the school logo. There were benches on every side of the hall and it was A-MAZ-ING! I got signed in and taken to the classroom. My teacher was called Miss Barlomp, and she was very old. She had her grey hair tied in a bun and half moon glasses that kept slipping down. She showed me my seat and the shelves and where everything was, and then the bell went Everyone piled in, nobody passing a glance at me. There was a girl next to me who was always talking to her friend, who was in front of me, and it was so distracting. I didn't finish much of my work, because of them two but the teacher said my work was pretty good.
That breaktime, That girl who was annoying me, I found out her name. She's called Alisha, and her friend was Bronwyn. They looked at me and laughed.
