VBA speed problem

    Hi, I'm using VBA and it originally was running at 99 or 100% speed but I accidentally set it to always running at 400% speed and don't know how to get it back to normal speed. I've fiddled around with it for a while and couldn't find any option to revert it, can anyone tell me how to get it back to normal speed? Thanks.

    Also mate if you want to play with the sound off, alter your throttle and frame skip options. I always play the game at 300% to quicken up wild battles etc.
