    Yes, how to become a regular customer there and what benefits will you get if you become one?
     
    Actually Shika, I'm 99.9% sure you can't become a regular at the department store, and the information that the woman inside the store gives you (saying something like "I've been shopping here for a while and I'm a regular now..." or something like that) is just useless. Sorry lol
     
    When she says she has 'become a regular', its just a figure of speech. It isnt an option or task in game, just someone having another random quote really.
     
    Well that's no fun, I thought after enough money was spent or going in everyday you'd become a regular and get a discount on stuff.
     
    What? You don't get discounts. Unless they have a sale where most things would be 50% off but no, it just means trhat the lady who says it lives in Veilstone City and goes to the Department Store every day or often. Nothing you have to accomplish in-game.
     
    It would be cool if you could become a regular and get discounts, though.
