2nd Gen Vermillion City Gym Trash Cans

Lmfao. I hate it too. It's whatever though. I still think the LoZ puzzles are the worst though.
 
First, you have to find the first lock. Then, there are 1/4 chances that next trashcan you pick would contain the second. Overall, it would take me at least seven tries to find it.

I have to admit, it was hard, but not the hardest.
