hello, can someone rate this team and fix it some? I keep loosing for some reason and I don't know exactly What to replace

    Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
    Ability: Drought
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Heat Wave
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Air Slash
    - SolarBeam

    Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
    Ability: Multiscale
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Thunder Punch
    - Dragon Dance
    - Extreme Speed
    - Outrage

    Absol @ Absolite
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

    Relaxed Nature
    - Scald
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Knock Off
    - Ice Beam

    Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Trace
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature

    - Thunderbolt
    - Dazzling Gleam

    Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Power Whip
    - Thunder Wave
    - Leech Seed
    - Protect

Protect is a staple move in doubles formats like VGC. It punishes double-targeting, scouts out sets and gives the other partner time to take out a potential counter, among things.

Charizard Y has little use for Dragon Pulse and Air Slash, really. Heat Wave does more damage to the latter's targets:
    -Heat Wave
    -Solar Beam
    -Overheat/Ancient Power/Focus Blast
    -Protect
    Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 244 SAtk/12 SDef/252 Spe (avoids the OHKO from Wash Rotom's Thunderbolt)
    Item: Charizardite Y

Dragonite is rather mediocre in VGC, due to the fact that an opponent can break its Multiscale, then a partner can move in to deal full damage to it. Outrage is also unreliable in doubles formats, as it picks a random target during the 2-3 turns it's in effect. Better Dragon Pokemon to use are Salamence (which has utility with Intimidate), Noivern (which can support the team with Tailwind or get a target into KO range with Super Fang) and Garchomp (better Speed in general):

    Salamence:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Fire Blast
-Rock Slide/Stone Edge/Hydro Pump/Protect (don't use the latter attack if you're using a Choice item; use it with Life Orb or Haban Berry)
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Specs/Haban Berry/Life Orb
    Ability: Intimidate

    Noivern:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Tailwind
    -Super Fang/Taunt
    -Protect/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Frisk

    Garchomp:
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Protect
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Rocky Helmet/Lum Berry

    or
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Iron Head
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 68 HP/252 Atk/188 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Bisharp is the better pick over Absol because it discourages Intimidate users from switching in, due to its Defiant ability:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Night Slash/Swords Dance
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Lum Berry/Life Orb/Dread Plate/Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant

There's literally no time for Pokemon to set up entry hazards in VGC formats, due to the fast pace there and the rarity of switches. A better bulky Water Pokemon to turn to is Wash Rotom:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect/Light Screen/Reflect
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/44 Def/60 SAtk/148 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry

There are times when Gardevoir needs Moonblast to damage a single target; Dazzling Gleam is good for taking out weakened targets while dealing chip damage to its partner at the same time:
    -Psychic
    -Moonblast
    -Dazzling Gleam
    -Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 140 Def/140 SAtk/228 Spe (Scarf) or 116 HP/52 Def/144 SAtk/4 SDef/192 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Specs
    Ability: Trace/Telepathy

    or
    -Psychic
    -Dazzling Gleam/Moonblast
    -Will-o-Wisp/Protect
    -Taunt/Protect
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/124 Def/108 SAtk/20 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry/Safety Goggles
    Ability: Trace/Telepathy

Lum Berry lets Ferrothorn avoid status, especially burn, once, so it's more useful on it:
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Protect
    Nature: Brave
    EVs: 252 HP/204 Atk/52 SDef
    Item: Lum Berry
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Or you can consider Amoonguss for Rage Powder support (it forces the opponent to attack Amoonguss the turn it's used, except for spread moves. This gives its partner time to act):

    Amoonguss:
    -Spore
    -Rage Powder
    -Giga Drain
    -Protect
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 SDef
    Item: Black Sludge/Rocky Helmet

^ what absol said, with note to the fact that you'll only be using 4 of them, so 2 megas can be a valid team build still. Thaaaaat being said, I'm not quite sure of Mega Absol reliably in doubles. Sure it hits hard and has magic bounce, but the fact that you use your mega for the match on a pokemon that can't take a strong mach punch, is risky at best. Mega Gardevoir may even be more viable, with someone else taking Absol's place.

The team already has Mega Charizard Y. Mega Gardevoir isn't viable in VGC formats, due to the fact that its only viable Normal STAB, Hyper Voice can't be used there; only Kalos-born Pokemon are allowed in the VGC '14 format.

Thank you for that, I am aware of how VGC works though, and I more suggested Mega Gardevoir due to the increased power of dazzling gleam the mega packs, without the lock of a scarf, with the increased speed not up to scarf speed, but again faster than regular gardevoir without the lock. Dazzling gleam wether you insist is viable or not, was used on the reigning VGC format world champion's Gardevoir, so you'd have to communicate with the world champion not myself if you wanted to insist that it wasn't viable.
