Video editor help

Hi, I am in need of a good free video editing software and I need certain features. They are:

Ease of use (I'm barely a novice)
the ability to add clips together from different videos
The ability to overlay music on a video
Must be mp4 compatible

I also should add that I'm on an Israeli computer and so my windows movie maker is in Hebrew :shocked:

I was going to rant about you stealing my glory (jokingly), but I can't seem to find the post where I actually recommended avidemux, which is also what I use (and what I was going to recommend). So instead, I'll just go cry and eat a bunch of ice cream, screaming about how nobody will ever want to listen to me again. :'(
