Videogame Villains You Love but Everyone Seems to Hate

I have something for villains with that much lust for power that they lose any trace of humanity, willing to sacrifice even their loved ones for that sole purpose
There's obviously many villains that fit that description, but this post at least in my case is about one specific character:

Queen Zeal, from Chrono Trigger

For anyone that has played Chrono Trigger, I admit the hate against her is totally understandable, but as much as I try to hate her, I can't do it. I keep thinking that this maniatical matriarch is hella awesome but even if I love her so much, I still think she has to do something with that palmtree hairstyle of hers tbh

Are there any videogame villains that you love but everyone else seems to hate for whatever reason? Which one is it?

goro akechi. ugh i'm in a loud place atm so it's hard to think and i feel like i've harped on this ordeal enough over the course of two years that P5 has been out in the west but. people don't get that he was forced into what he was doing, he was a victim of the system as well as the other phantom thieves, and he's meant to be a foil to the protagonist. also he fucking saves your ass in the end like. did we all forget that???? i do not. absolutely do not. get the awful hatred towards him, towards fans of him, towards cosplayers. it's atrocious. i love goro and i think he makes a great villain -- though if anything, i consider him more of a tragic hero towards the end. but hey. that's me.
