Villains in Pokemon

What are your thoughts on the villains/teams in Pokemon? Which/who is your favourite and why?

Spoiler:

I feel like they provide a huge boost to the story (actually, it sort of centers around them) and without them, the games would be a lot less fun xD My favourite leader has to be Cyrus. His professionalism and dark themes make him seem more a villain than the others. My favourite team would have to be Team Galactic because they're goals were the biggest (creating a world for themselves) and then there was Cyrus and the Distortion World :P

I like DENNIS Ghetsis and his merry band of sidekicks, they actually seem like a threat and not just a bunch of clowns with too much time on their hands.

Team Rocket's my favorite, mostly due to nostalgia and whatnot. I'm also a fan of Magma and Aqua.

Team Galactic and Plasma are my favorites, because they're insane.

I like Aqua/Magma because with a little more development they could be really interesting- ORAS helped with that, but could be better! Galactic was the one that truly felt like a unified organization with proper plans and things and I enjoyed their structure and story. Plasma was ??? and Rocket was kinda boring really even if they're classic. Flare was... pretty ridiculous all told. idk they all could have used a lot more development? ORAS was getting there. I want moreeeeee
