[Pricing] Vintage card find!!!

Need some more experienced help on this lot of cards I found in a storage unit, Some cards are in rough shape but some are in good/decent shape. A couple 1st Edition cards in here as well. Are any of these worth anything as is? or should any of them be graded? I am completely lost on what to do! Thanks for any help!

Depends on the condition, but here's what they've been selling for on average on eBay lately (ungraded, near mint to lightly played):

Base Set Charizard (Unlimited Holo): About $130
Blaine's Charizard (Japanese): About $64
Expedition Blastoise (Holo): About $100
Light Togetic (Unlimited): About $38
Base Set Machamp (1st Edition): About $12 (not sure about the Spanish one)
Jungle Mr. Mime (1st Edition Holo): About $30
Legendary Collection Hypno (Reverse): About $35
Anniversary Pikachu (#39): About $4

Looks like the Charizards, Blastoise, and Hypno are your best bets when it comes to grading, assuming they grade high. Graded Charizard could potentially fetch around $400, Blaine's Charizard $150, Blastoise $200-300, and reverse Hypno $90+.
