VisualBoyAdvance on a Zune?

I was thinking about getting a Zune, but I was wondering something: Is there anyway to run an emulator on a Zune, specifically VisualBoyAdvance. I'd been willing to the hack the Zune, or do anything else I needed to to get the emulator up and running! So, is it possible?

You can't normally run emulators like VisualBoyAdvance on Zune, there are GBA emulators for the PSP and iPod, but not for the Zune. If you really want a media player and a working GBA emulator, then get an iPod.

WAit!. there may be a way!!

Zune recentley allowed for the use of (C# Games to be installed and used on the Zune.) If you are skilled or no someone skilled in C# then you can make an emulator and run it on the Zune.

I would love this btw.

Nothing is impossible, just because you cant...Doesnt mean someone else cant.

Careful on which one you get. I know the iPod Classic (of course, the one I decide to buy) is not "hackable". They changed the way the firmware is held (the OS of the device). Instead of just having it on there and going by the fact it's hard to access to protect it (like what they did for the rest of the iPods up to the Video), it now has an encrypted firmware and every time you restart it, it decrypts it with a separate chip. The way I see it, with the release of the iPod Touch, nobody is going to work on cracking the iPod Classic anytime soon.

As for the Touch, I believe there is an emulator, isn't there? I'm positive it has the technical capabilities.

As for the iPod video, I don't know if there is one. I don't have any experience with custom firmwares on the iPods, as I only have the Classic. The controls would be weird, anyway.

I would actually suggest the PSP. It's got to be one of my favorite devices and you can run quite a few different emulators on it easily. Also, since it has removable media, not only is it easy to share with a friend, but you don't have to worry about them coming out with a newer model with more memory (well, except more RAM). I would highly suggest looking into it.
