I got a few trivia and i hope you like them:
In FireRed (dunno if its in LeafGreen too) theres a Trainer in the Trainer Tower with a Shiny Espeon (first time a shiny pokemon has been used by a trainer in a main series game)
Theres a small glitch (Diamond/Pearl/& Platinum) that if you surf to Pal Park, and somehow walk threw the door,and get the Poketch app from Oak (before you get national pokedex) you can catch the national pokedex pokemon (tested it myself, got bagon early)
