3rd Gen Volt Tackle?

Can someone tell me how to get Volt Tackle? Thanks.

This should be in simple questions and Breed a female pikachu with a light ball attached to it with a Ditto or Male Pikachu and the baby pokemon will have volt tackle.Pichu.

Get a Pikachu with a Light Ball, breed it with Ditto ON EMERALD, otherwise it won't work at all. The Pichu that hatches from their Egg will have Volt Tackle. Although I still don't get why people want Volt Tackle. :\

correct me if i am wrong,
i heard you can get it by using the move tutor on 2 isle on lg/fr
but the elec typ must have max friendship and you sacrifice the chance to learn blast burn/frenzy plant/hydro cannon for your lg/fr starter...

Only way to get Volt Tackle is with a Pikachu/Raichu with Light Ball, and either another Pikachu/Raichu or Ditto (gender does not matter). The end result will be a Pichu with Volt Tackle. This is the ONLY way to get Volt Tackle. Now that the question's been answered, thread can be closed ^_^
