6th Gen Vs Recorder HELP!!!

    I'm in need of help in trying to sort out the Vs Recorder in my X game. I'm signed up to PGL, and my Synch code is linked to it and im online when i use my Vs Recorder, and nothing is wrong with my SD card but for some reason i STILL can't watch or record battles and i just can't figure out why. Can anyone help me out and see if i can get this sorted as it's rather annoying.
     
    Did you change/upgrade to a different 3ds since then?
