Now I may or may not be alone in this but I always liked Gary's character more than Ash's. More so when he matured. I've recently been wondering what his teams would have been if he travelled each region.
We know Ash's teams for obvious reasons, but I just like thinking about the characters that aren't in the lime light as much, and like imagining what their teams would be if they were more of a main character, such as Gary.
So if he did travel the Sinnoh and Kalos regions (forcusing on these because I've just completed Platinum and now playing through Y) what do you think his teams would have been for these regions?
My thoughts on this:
Sinnoh region:
Torterra
Electrivire (We know this from the anime)
Shieldon --> Bastiodon
Blastoise / Gyarados
Gallade
Honchcrow
Kalos region:
Greninja
Charizard -- Mega Charizard
Floette / Carbink
Mawile -- Mega Mawile
Dragalge
Pangoro
