3rd Gen Wally Question

    As you might know at the end of the game, wally is standing in the victory cave, now what do you have to do to battle him again.

    Somethimes i wait 2 minutes, then he will battle but also somethimes I have to wait 20 minutes.
     
    Wally is one of the Trainer's Eyes trainers, so it'll be random when you're allowed to battle him again. Incidentally, he has the highest level enemy Pokemon in the game, so worth the wait.
     
    i'ev foudn taht how often you get to battle a trainers eyes trainer depends on how often you visit teh route they're on. the routes i travel a lot have many trainers aching for a rematch, but those routes i don't travel so often have hardly any people wanting a rematch.
     
    Is there a limit on how many times you can battle him? My sister used to use Wally to train her Pokemon but now she can't battle him anymore.
     
    i don't think so. i've battled him a TON. she prob just needs to walk through Victory Road a lot to make him want a rematch.

    Training? Meh 5 Linoones help you train a lot faster than 10 Wally Battle... However if what I remember is correct (haven't touched the game for 1 year now?), trainer eye trainers do ask to battle you more often if you are on that route. Also, there's *usually* one item or two to steal from starting from the 4th time you battle a trainer eye trainer. Trainer eyes' trainers will improve in strength 5 times. After the 5th time, it'll always be the same (but stolen items always regenerate!)
     
    true, but by leveling up by rare candies u lose some of the stats by leveling up normally. but in this modern age of hacking, whats it matter.
     
    You don't lose ANY stats from rare candies. I thought you would know this stuff by now since oyu play NB. You just gain base stats or whatever from candies and the rest of the stats are through EVS. Whenever you gain a level, you gain the base amount+the stats from EVs. No EVs=no extra stats. Hence EV training.

    w/e. so u don't get EV's or w/e. i never really did pay too much attention to that EV thing, and EV's have nothing to do w/ NB, as ur guys r level 100, and already have advanced stats.
     
    O.O; Riight... try to go on NB without tweaking EVs, and you're missing out on 63 points worth of stats... Riiiight.... >>; in NB where even 1 point of stat matters, 63 points mean you either live, or you die. Of course it may not always matter if you got ubars... >>;
     
    I kno riight!.... So true i used to battle on nb like a week ago but i was losing memory space and had 2 delete it. Mew9 Frostweaver has since.
