Looking for male Buizel, preferably low level. Any moveset.

I don't have any special Pokémon to offer, so I'm just looking for someone to trade with me out of the goodness of their hearts! I do have a Feebas I can trade. Female level 1 Haze, Mirror Coat, Confuse Ray, and Hypnosis.
