Hi,

I want to make a relatively simple Pokemon hack. No gameplay changes, but I would like to edit some existing dialogue and add in an NPC love interest for the MC who appears throughout the story. Given the scope, is there a specific gen that this would be most feasible on?

It can be done in any Gen. But Gen III will be the best, as it is the most easiest and more supported.
