Shiny Chimchar is what im really wanting!!! will give shinies in place of a shiny chimchar...It must at least have a hardy adamant or Naughty nature..if not i will stilll accept it!!

Uhh... No it isn't. Ever heard of breeding lol? And there is also a possibility of getting a Shiny one as a starter. Same odds as getting one in the wild.

true. but getting it in the begining is nearly impossible unless you start a new game about 500 times.and the egg thing is true also, but u still have to have like 500 eggs.
