Roxannapaw woke up to a great shaking and a voice.
"Wake up Roxannapaw, you're going to join the Dawn patrol with me!"
Roxannapaw's eyes quickly opened, and she jumped up, getting ready for attack.
"Oh, it's you."
Roxannapaw relaxed herself and put her claws away.
"Shall we leave, then, Ms. Foxtail?" Roxannapaw said, swinging her tail back and forth.
Rileykit
Rileykit was in deep sleep. In her dream, she saw a cat that claimed to be her mom.
"Come here, dear," The cat said with a glowing smile.
Everything in her dream was really bright.
Rileykit ran towards her mom, getting ready to hug her. She was in tears because Rileykit missed her so much.
"Mom! I'm so glad we're here again!" Rileykit said.
Just then, a voice woke her up, and her mom disappeared. Rileykit rose up from her sleep.
"Mom! Please don't go!" She said with her paw reaching out.
"Hey, Rileykit! Want some trout?" Rileykit heard.
Rileykit's ears flattened.
"Oh... It was just... A dream..."
A tear ran down her cheek. Rileykit wiped it away and looked over to see Flashkit.
"Oh, hi Flashkit... Sure, I'd like some trout." Rileykit said.
Rileykit's favorite food was trout. But after what she saw in her dream, it was the last thing she could think about.
