I Hate all cheese (except cooked cheese in Italian/Greek/etc. meals, but thats different) If I HAVE to choose...them parmesan, just because you can put as little as you want on your food. I have a particular disdain for cheddar.

Right now? Pepper Jack. I love the spiciness in it. <3

After that, mozzarella. It's just awesome in this fresh tomato and mozzarella cheese salad. You put some olive oil over it, and zomg it's just awesome, even if you have to use the harder deli cheese for it. (The original one I had used softer mozzarella and also had onions, but the onions can easily be omitted.)

By the way, can we please stop the random commentary? It's a little off-topic and spammy. ^_^;

I used to despise cheese and now I cannot really enjoy a sandwich without provolone cheese on it. I haven't really tried many types of cheeses, so I cannot claim a favorite really, but from I have tried provolone is the best.

Mines is cheddar cheese especially the sharp ones. Like once I eat a little piece of it by mouth goes crazy and I have to eat more. My mom and friends catch me eating there cheese all the time. But I'm lactose in tolerent but thank god they make pills
