3rd Gen wat does torchic learn?

-Peck Lvl. 16
-Sand-Attack Lvl. 19
-Fire Spin Lvl. 25
-Quick Attack Lvl. 28
-Slash Lvl. 34
-Mirror Move Lvl. 37
-Flamethrower Lvl. 43
These are for Torchic only. There 2 other moves that Torchic cannot learn unles it evolves. Those would be Build Up (Combusken-28) and Blaze Kick (Blaziken-36). So you kinda have to choose between learning Flamethrower or the other 2 moves. Combusken and Blaziken cannot learn Flamethrower through leveling up.

Blaze Kick-80 Atk. Power/90% Accuracy Hit Critcal Hit Ratio
Flamethrower-95 Atk. Power/100% Accuracy
I wouldn't rely too much on Blaze Kick's high chance of Critical Hit. It's only like 10 percent or something. Not much higher than the normal ratio. So I'd go with Flamethrower.
Torchic evolves into Combusken at level 16. And Combusken evolves at level 36 into Blaziken.
And as for learning both Blaze Kick AND Flamethrower, you can do what Daniel just said. For his second method, you don't have to get 4000 coins first. You can just evolve into Blaziken then do his first method and Blaziken will be able to learn Flamethrower.
And don't double post.

How about just forget about Blaze Kick in total and get flamethrower? This is the absolute best method to solve your situation. Blaze Kick is useless as I personally feel that 90% is a lie as it feels more like 80%. Using 2 fire attack is also a waste of an attack slot, because why would you use both of them? Having just one of them will suffice.
