    1. Wether U Catch A Pokemon At A High Or Low Level It Final Result Will Be Same N Not Low In Stat Cuz U Caught It At A High Level
    2. U Dont Need Upgrade For Stat Or Level Cuz It Become 2 Cumbersome N U End Up Needing It For All Pokemon
