*Revived*I've changed some of the cards that I planned on using in a deck but I haven't changed the main idea of the deck. The deck is still going to be a Water, Fire, & Grass deck and here are the cards I will be using as follows:

    X?? Squirtle HG SS Unleashed
    x?? Wartortle HG SS Unleashed
    x?? Blastoise HG SS Unleashed

x?? Venusaur Dark Rush (Possibly) (Depends on release date & previous evolutions)

    x?? Potion
    X?? Pokeball
    X?? Rare Candy

If you can think of other Water, Fire, Grass, or trainer cards that i can use please post your thoughts. Thank You.

That Squirtle from the Secret Wonders set is not tournament legal. The way having an older card be legal because it was reprinted works is that it has to be an exact reprint, other than the set it was in and the picture it was in. The only sets that are legal right now are the sets released after HeartGold SoulSilver and HeartGold SoulSilver itself. List of all legal sets is here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/265503

Also, Charizard G Lv. X can only Level Up from Charizard G, not Charizard.

The only Kanto starter line that still in the current modified legal rotation is Blastoise, who's not entirely terrible and incredibly easy to get a hold of.

Also if you're just going to a league, you can generally just use whatever, but if you enter a tournament, then you NEED modified legal cards, so it's a good idea to build a legal deck first, then a fun deck second.

And not to sound mean or anything, but triple-typing a deck is a generally horrible idea if you're going into a tournament. Your deck will just run more smoothly if you devote your strategy to 1 type and work around it. I know this because when I got back into the game I entered a tournament running a rainbow deck and I got destroyed.
