Water Pokemon

Yeah let's face it, I suck at this.

Then stop giving advice man...if you realize you suck, why...never mind.

Whiscash is a decent UU pokemon, water typed...it does great in PKMN contests at least...

Ok, Anti, cool down. At least he admitted he's bad, so now he can improve.

I've seen too many people give bad advice, only to argue back. He admits he's bad, so he can get better.

Oh, no. I wasn't mad at all, didn't mean to come across that way :D Anyways...

PWNAGE EXTREME! AKA magikarp! One of the best water types, hands down.

There are plenty of bulky waters to choose from.

And lanturn. I came back because I do want to try to help others so I will do everyone a favor and not give a moveset before I ask this question. Is it good to have rain & thunder for lanturn?

Thunderdance is a bad combo...rain dance + thunder in 2 turns is 120 power...2 thunderbolts in two turns is 190 power. 190>120. Even after three turns, even 4.

Lanturn@Choice Scarf
Timid
252 Speed, 252 special Attack, 6 HP
~Thunderbolt
~Ice Beam
~Surf
~filler

I've never used lanturn, so feel free to lol at my moveset. It is a nice boltbeam resist...make sure it has volt absorb.

Is ludi with fire punch, surf, rain dance and hp grass good?

Ludicolo is solely an annoyer, and it counters blissey. I don't remember the EVs, but I remember everything else:

Ludi@Lefties
Rain Dish
Okay, I lied, don't remember the nature either
~leech seed
~rain dance
~Dive
~some move I don't remember

It's been a REALLY long time since I've used this bad boy. Fire punch is physical, thus is useless on ludi.

I can't think of a grass move and fp hurts ice

Ooo, bad move. Here is a set, cortesy of Punishment

Ludicolo@Leftovers
Nature:???
Ability:Rain Dish
Surf
Energy Ball/Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Synthesis

Dive is pure awful. Tsk tsk, you know better, Anti.

What do ice types do to ludi? Most are water/ice anyways, which energy ball would take care of if you really wanted it to sweep...supereffective isn't everything ya know.

EDIT: I think dive was stalling for more HP w/ leech seed. I'm an ADV player, so you're probably right, sims. It worked in 3rd gen...I think XD

No I am thinking off the top of my head.

Yah I know I was camping at scouts for three days and look at me! Woah my wii froze for 7 secs.

Well...okay. Dewgong is WAY UU, but it is a cool pokemon. Not all too great, but cool.

Dewgong can at least mess you up with Encore. Mantine is quite a forgotten but handy water type, can double up as a special wall with that 140 base SpDef, Water Absorb is always nice to have. Combine Mantine with Electivire for even more fun.

Walrein uses encore better IMO...but I forgot about mantine, it is actually pretty good. Not great, but decent at least.

Doesn't Dewgong has Insta-heal, like Manaphy? You know, Hydration + Rest?
