Okay, so I had no other place to post this, and if I'm in the wrong thread, I hope it's possible to move it.

to begin: I was always an avid film-savvy person... since I was a lil' kid. I loved making movies; ever since I got my first video camera in 1999, I was making movies under my production/distribution company: P.D Works

    anyways...

The current logo for the Archive I'm working out... called 'PastBlasters'

YES WE DID! As PokéMania started to die out in the US (2001, 2002) <--making me 12 and 13, a fascination with Pokémon soared in Europe (where I just arrived to live in). In 2001 and 2002 there was a big interest in everything Pokémon in Europe, and Croatia (the country I was living in at the time)! Sooo many Pokémon cards everywhere!

I was pretty much the source of Pokéknowledge and Gameboy games (I had Gold, Silver, Yellow, two Blues, Red, and Crystal)... I actually lent all but Gold to my friends to play and become Pokémon trainers themselves so we could interact and battle with each other! It was major fun!

Okay, sorry, I'm taking too much time explaining here...

So in 2001, me, my brother Jake, and our friend Hrvoje (pronounced Her-Voh-Yeh) decided to make our OWN Pokémon TV show.

And, since I'm in the process of archiving all of my old movies I made as a kid, I thought it would be nice to share all my old Pokémon episodes that we made with you, trusty intelligent fans!

Yes, the show is shot in Croatia and is in Croatian, but I added English subtitles for all of you to understand.

Synopsis: The show centers upon an up-and-coming trainer named Hrvoje, who travels the land with his friend Dennis: a goofy, laid-back, and lousy Pokémon trainer.

However, we only filmed one episode where he actually 'journeys'.... the rest of the show deals with Hrvoje at the Pokémon League... yep, we actually used a shopping mall as the Pokémon League!

I uploaded the 'first' episode so far... I'll be able to upload a lot more shortly!

    REMEMBER:

-This was shot in 2001 and 2002. I was 12, or 13 at the time... and we had a ton of fun making it.

-We had no script. It's all made up as we went along.

-This isn't supposed to be a special-effects-laden masterpiece. It's just three kids with a video camera and a lot of imagination and affection for Pokémon. We used my fairly-large collection of TOMY Figures for the first episodes... and later, we used Pokémon Stadium 2 for the battles.

I'm very happy to show you what we were up to during the Euro-Heyday of Pokémon. I hope you'll enjoy the upcoming episodes for what it's worth!

Here's Episode 1 of "Hrvoje and Dennis"

[PokeCommunity.com] We made our own Pokémon TV Show?

And here's some happy-go-lucky commentary to go with it, if you get confused :):

    • Dennis and Hrvoje (the kid with the orange jacket) play
Pokemon cards (why don't characters in the anime ever
play with Pokemon Cards?), I thought it would be funny that way.

    • Yeah, this was all shot in my backyard.

    • And yes, I did all the Pokemon sounds behind the camera. Haha,
      funny stuff.

    • I'm sorry about the peaking noise, but that's the stupid way
I edited things as a kid. I kept the volume up to 'high' for some
      reason...

    • A random kitty appeared out of nowhere. It was pretty sick (literally)

    • The later episodes are a lot better.

lol wow, it was good for an episode made when you were 12. Imagine how it would be now... You should try to remake it but it would be really cool but hard to add in real special effects for the pokemon.

Amazingly, I understand what you're saying without the subtitles and I'm not Croatian ;-)

I'd rather start making it by using 3D. First I test each character to see that they work fine and then I put them into action to do some more serious moves... throwing a pokeball at a running target, using a styler like normal... yeah, that'd be better.
