I've been noticing some weak spots in my Pokemon, and I realized that it's really bad. O.O. Note I do NOT IV or EV (whatever that means)

I'm worried about it's speed.. anything to cover that up? I'm fine with the moves, because it learns Dark Pulse, and I'm happy.
