I think Magikarp is weak..its only got a splash move which is very useless...its really hard to leveling it up unless you put it into the daycare..

This section is for specific discussion on the third generation, meaning its Pokemon, its mechanics, its characters, places, etc etc. Discussing such a general topic as this belong in the Pokemon Gaming Central, where all general Pokemon discussion lies. However, seeing as you are clearly having a problem understanding what each section is for (given that this isn't the first thread of yours closed for this reason), I will not move this thread, but I will suggest you begin reading the rules of each and every section you wish to post in.
